Herons’ Moor Academy on the Weston Mercury website

A school in Weston-super-Mare has marked Armistice Day with a special assembly to honour those lost in conflict.

Herons’ Moor Academy held the event to help pupils reflect on the meaning of Remembrance Day and the symbolism of the poppy.
