Pupils from Herons’ Moor Academy step back in time at Bristol Museum
Year 6 pupils from Herons’ Moor Academy embraced their inner historians during an engaging visit to Bristol Museum, where they immersed themselves in the wonders of The Stone Age, their current history focus this term.
Pupils explored interactive exhibits, learning about the daily lives, tools, and culture of early humans.
The visit provided a hands-on opportunity to deepen their understanding of this fascinating period in history.
Additionally, pupils were able to reconnect with their earlier studies by revisiting the Egyptian gallery, consolidating their knowledge and drawing connections between ancient civilizations.
